Award Type: Scholarship (based on financial need and personal hardship)

Qualifications:

-Be a cancer survivor or have a recent cancer diagnosis

-Attending or planning to attend an accredited college or university

-Include completed scholarship application, including two letters of recommendation, a letter from student's physician, and a 500-1200 word essay on the provided topic

-Must agree to volunteer to help other young people with cancer

-Must sign a release to allow their name, picture, and story to be put in CSF publications
