Qualifications:

-Must have a diagnosed case of MS or have a parent with MS

-Must be a US citizen

-Have to be entering a two or four year program at an accredited college, university, or technical school for the first time

-Must take at least six credits a semester

-Needs to include completed application form, essay about "The impact of MS on their life", transcripts, extra-curricular activities/work experience, letter of recommendation, and description of overall aspirations and goals.
