The Colorado Commission on Higher Education

The Colorado Commission on Higher Education was established in 1965 . They provide many functions to students in Colorado. The most important is that they review and approve degree programs. They establish the distribution formula for higher education funding and recommend statewide funding levels to the legislature. Lastly, they administer statewide student financial assistance programs through policy development, program evaluation, and allocation of funds.
